This pathway is ideal for patients who:

• Have chronic, non-healing wounds such as pressure injuries, diabetic ulcers, or venous stasis ulcers
• Require post-surgical wound management, including dehiscence or graft/flap support
• Are recovering from severe trauma or burns
• Need advanced treatment for infected wounds, osteomyelitis, or complex skin breakdown
• Require long-term wound management in combination with other medical conditions

What You Can Expect

Comprehensive Wound Assessment
On admission, our wound care specialists conduct a detailed evaluation to understand wound type, size, depth, and contributing factors such as nutrition or circulation. This guides a personalized plan for healing.

Advanced Treatment Options
We use state-of-the-art therapies including negative pressure wound therapy (wound vacs), debridement, antimicrobial dressings, advanced biologics, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy referrals when appropriate.

Prevention and Skin Integrity
Healing doesn’t stop with treatment — we focus on preventing new wounds by addressing pressure redistribution, mobility, moisture management, and patient positioning.

Collaborative Care Team
