Overview

As a Registered Nurse at CORALVITA, you’ll provide direct, patient-centered care in a collaborative long-term acute care environment. RNs are at the core of our mission, delivering skilled clinical care, managing complex cases, and serving as trusted partners for patients and families during recovery.

Responsibilities

  • Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  • Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments in accordance with physician orders and evidence-based standards
  • Provide wound care, tracheostomy care, and other advanced clinical interventions
  • Monitor patient progress, document accurately, and escalate concerns as appropriate
  • Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and recovery strategies
  • Support a culture of safety, teamwork, and compassionate care

Qualifications

  • Active RN license in the state of practice
  • 1+ years of acute care, ICU, or LTACH experience preferred
  • Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and communication skills
  • Compassionate approach to patient and family care
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary setting
